Our San Diego 100% Commission Plans:

  • Option 1 | $250.00 Flat fee per month (unlimited transactions). $50.00 E&O per closed transaction.
  • Option 2 | $3,000 one time yearly fee. Unlimited transactions. No other fees. Keep 100% of your commission for all transactions. This option is ideal for high producers or high producing real estate teams.
  • Option 3 | $500 Flat fee per month. No E&O or other fees. Keep all of your commission.
  • Option 4 | $575 Per closed transaction. E&O fee included. No other fees. This is our most popular option. (Experienced agents only)
  • Option 5 | New agents are offered a very competitive commission split (75%+), depending on part-time or full-time status. After your third transaction, you can change over to one of our 100% commission packages.
  • NOTE: New agents are offered Option 5 only, but can switch to any other option after their first 3 closed transactions.

How To Join Our 100% Real Estate Brokerage

  • Review the entire contents of this 100% Commission page
  • Select a compensation package
  • Contact Broker Nicolas Romo to discuss the details
  • Nicolas will prepare the agreement for your online review and approval (digital signature).
  • Log onto your e-licensing account at the DRE website using this LINK.
  • From your e-licensing account, you will then request a change of brokerage office, which Nicolas will receive via email.
  • Nicolas will approve the office change online.
  • Next, contact the Realtor Board in your area to notify them that you are with Realty Connection Group. (If Realty Connection Group is not a member of your board, not a problem; we will get that taken care of right away,)
  • Congratulations! You will now be on the path to maximizing your commission.

Disclosure of Terms & Conditions:

 

  • There is no upfront fee to join Realty Connection Group, unless you choose the one-time yearly payment plan, Option 2.
  • There are no monthly fees.
  • Upon joining, an Independent Contractor Agreement (C.A.R. form ICA-BA) between Associate-Licensee (independent contractor) and broker Nicolas Romo (Realty Connection Group) shall be prepared and kept on file. An arbitration clause shall be included in the agreement as well. You will not be considered an employee; as an independent contractor, you agree to operate within the legal guidelines and procedures of the Department of Real Estate and California state laws and Business & Professions Codes and Fair Housing Laws.
  • To take advantage of our 100% commission California real estate plans, any person with a current California Real Estate license may join Realty Connection Group, regardless of where in the state of California you are located.
  • Associate-Licensee to provide broker with a copy of his/her real estate license, and copy of ID.
  • IF Associate-licensee will drive clients in vehicle, he/she will have to add broker as Additionally Insured on vehicle insurance policy.
  • Broker and Associate-Licensee may cancel the agreement at any time with or without cause.
  • Associate-Licensee to provide broker a complete and fully executed file prior to being paid. Otherwise, the commission check will be withheld until the licensee provides a completed file.
