Los Angeles Property Management Fees

Single Family Home/Condos: $130.00 per month.
2 to 4 rental units: $120.00 per rental unit per month
5 to 9 rental units: $110.00 per rental unit per month
*** 10+ rental units: 6% of total rents collected each month.*** Or, $100 mininum per door whichever is higher

Leasing Services | When we manage your rental, our leasing fee is only 25% of the first month rent, which translates to just under 2% if calculated by the yearly rent total
Our leasing service includes a 6 month guarantee, which means if the new tenant does not pay the rent during the first 6 months, we will pay the past due rent.
